Case works with qualified local service companies to self-perform exterior maintenance and facility services across a national portfolio of commercial properties. If you run a reliable operation and want access to consistent commercial work, we want to hear from you.
Case manages exterior maintenance programs for commercial property portfolios across multiple states. We coordinate service delivery on behalf of property managers, facility directors, and corporate real estate teams who depend on consistent, documented, and SLA-compliant maintenance.
To deliver at this scale, we work with a network of vetted local service partners, independent companies and crews who self-perform the actual work at assigned properties.
Becoming a Case service partner means you get access to real commercial work in your area, with clear scopes, centralized coordination, and a defined process from dispatch through payment. You focus on delivering quality work on the ground. We handle client acquisition, account management, and administrative overhead.
We recruit qualified local companies across a broad range of exterior facility services. If you operate in any of the following categories and serve commercial properties, we want to review your application.
You do not need to operate across all categories. Partners are recruited based on their specific service capabilities and the geographic markets they cover.
We hold our partner network to clear operational and compliance standards. This is not a referral arrangement. Case service partners self-perform assigned work and are held accountable to client-specific scopes and documented performance expectations.
Before applying, you should be prepared to meet the following requirements:
Partners are expected to perform services directly with their own crews and equipment. Work cannot be passed to unvetted third parties.
For time-sensitive services, particularly snow and ice, responsive communication during active events is required.
Partners follow Case FMS safety protocols and any client-specific compliance requirements at each assigned property.
Specific insurance minimums are confirmed during the vetting process by our Partner Relations and Compliance team. All partners must maintain current, required coverage for the type of work they perform and the states they operate in.
Partners are required to use our service management technology for dispatching, updates, and documentation. Training is provided during onboarding.
Every property has defined service expectations. Partners are expected to understand and consistently meet those standards.
You should have the crew capacity and equipment to deliver on assigned scopes reliably and on time.
Accurate, timely reporting is essential to how we manage client accounts. Partners must document completed services and flag any site issues promptly.
Joining the Case network is not about giving up independence. It is about gaining access to commercial opportunities and operational support that most local companies cannot build on their own.
Case manages a large portfolio of commercial properties. Partners gain access to assigned work without the overhead of independently pursuing national accounts.
As Case grows and as partners demonstrate reliable performance, there are opportunities to expand the scope of assigned work and enter new geographic markets.
You are not managing the client relationship. Case handles client communication, escalations, contract management, and account administration. Your job is to deliver the work.
Every assignment comes with documented scopes so your crew knows exactly what is expected at each property.
Our service partner portal makes it straightforward to receive dispatch instructions, log completed work, and communicate updates, reducing the administrative burden on your team.
You are not left to figure things out on your own. Our operations and partner relations teams are available to support you, especially during high-volume periods and weather events.
New partners receive structured onboarding that covers how to use our systems, what our clients expect, and how to operate within the Case network.
Partners work within a clear, defined payment structure. There are no ambiguous billing arrangements.
Building a national commercial client base independently is expensive and time-consuming. As a Case partner, you can grow your revenue and your operational footprint without taking on that overhead.
Our partner application process is straightforward. Here is what to expect:
Submit the partner application form below. Provide accurate information about your company, services, geographic coverage, equipment, and current licensing.
Our team reviews your application against our current market needs and open opportunities. We evaluate service type, coverage area, and operational capacity.
Qualified applicants move into a verification process where we confirm company credentials, service capabilities, equipment, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements.
Applicants who pass verification are contacted about available opportunities and the onboarding process. Acceptance into the network is based on current market needs and partner qualifications.
